Bank Robbery
NATIONAL CITY BANK, 333 Freeport Road, New Kensington, PA, Wednesday,
04/23/2008, 9:36AM.

Three masked black males armed with semiautomatic pistols did takeover
robbery. All wearing straw hats, plastic masks, and suit jackets.
Very aggressive, shouting threats and profanity at employees and
demanding money. Put two employees face down on floor & cuffed them
behind the back with plastic tie wraps. Suspects may have attempted to
create a diversion before the robbery by firing shots into a local
store. Possibly escaped in a Jeep Grand Cherokee. ARMED AND DANGEROUS.

Male, black, 30′s, 5’7 to 5’10, 160 to 170 lbs, wearing straw hat,
black gloves, white shirt, blue suit, white tennis shoes, plastic
mask.

Male, black, 30′s, 5’7 to 5’10, 160 to 170 lbs, wearing straw hat,
black gloves, blue shirt, black suit, black tennis shoes, plastic
mask.
Suspect #3
Male, black, 30′s, 5’7 to 5’10, 160 to 170 lbs, wearing straw hat,
black gloves, white shirt, black suit, brown shoes, plastic mask.

Two males entered the branch and went to separate teller stations, tossing garbage bags to the tellers and demanding they be filled. Made additional verbal demands. No weapons shown. Fled scene in a silver Hyundai.

Male, white, 20 – 30 years, about 165 lbs., about 58, wearing black hooded sweatshirt, black gloves, gray tennis shoes, black ski mask covering lower half of face, black sunglasses, brown slacks.

Male, black, 20 – 30 years, about 165 lbs., about 58, wearing gray hooded sweatshirt with Penguins on front, black gloves, gray slacks, black ski mask, white tennis shoes, black sunglasses.
