Description
Male, black, 25 – 35 years, 5’8″ – 5’10″, stocky build, wearing dark ballcap with goggles above brim, dark-rimmed glasses, white disposable construction-type dust mask, white sweatshirt, blue jeans with white stains (possibly paint or drywall), light-colored gloves which were purple on palm side and on fingertips.
