PEOPLES BANK OF WESTERN PA, 312 North Liberty Street, New Castle, PA, Wednesday, 12/22/1999, 12:45 p.m.

Subject approached teller, demanded all the money, and pointed a black semiautomatic pistol at her (he held the gun canted to one side). After grabbing money from the counter, he exited the bank in an unknown direction. No vehicle was observed. ARMED AND DANGEROUS.

Male, race unknown, age unknown, 6’0″ – 6’1″, 170 – 175 lbs., medium build, wearing full-face Halloween mask with black hair attached (mouth and chin hung down, mouth was open, had red or orange around the mouth), black/white plaid flannel shirt.
