Passed robbery note. Gestured as if he had gun, but none shown. Dye pack exploded outside bank. Boarded a city bus, then quickly got off again. Fled on foot.

Male, black, 25 – 35 years, 5’5″ – 5’7″, 150 – 160 lbs., medium build, beard, wearing red/white Chicago Bulls jersey with #23 on it and name “Jordan” on back, black shorts, tennis shoes.
